Dead checkout SHAs (de0fac2e/7f4fc3e2/11bd7190) failed all jobs at setup. Repinned to @v4 across 4 workflows. Unblocks Configra CI (was 9 reds). No logic change.

Code Review Summary

Status: No Issues Found | Recommendation: Merge

This PR fixes broken CI by replacing dead actions/checkout SHA pins with the stable @v4 tag. The change is purely configuration-related:

  • .github/workflows/ci.yml (4 occurrences): Updated SHA 11bd7190...@v4
  • .github/workflows/deny.yml (3 occurrences): Updated SHA de0fac2e...@v4
  • .github/workflows/sbom.yml (1 occurrence): Updated SHA 11bd7190...@v4
  • .github/workflows/trufflehog.yml (1 occurrence): Updated SHA de0fac2e...@v4

No code changes, logic issues, or security concerns. This is a low-risk fix that restores CI functionality.
