bug(tables): responsive column hiding hides full-width empty states #2079

Description

@n30nex

At a 375px viewport, the packets page's default empty state is present in the DOM but invisible:

<td colspan="12" class="text-center text-muted col-hidden">No packets found</td>

Reproduced on 9eb3098 while adding the default-window coverage requested in #2054. A fresh desktop context shows the same empty response correctly; a fresh mobile context times out waiting for the message to become visible.

To reproduce, open #/packets in a fresh 375px-wide browser context with no packets in the default 15-minute window (or return { "packets": [], "total": 0 } from its packets request). Column headings remain visible, but the empty message disappears.

TableResponsive.colIndexCells in public/packets.js:35-44 returns the same spanning cell for every column index it covers. apply() then adds col-hidden when any one of those columns is hidden. The stylesheet applies display:none. The shared helper also processes full-width error/loading rows and virtual-scroll spacers, so the correction should preserve those without weakening ordinary column hiding.

Expected:

  • Empty/status cells spanning the table remain visible on mobile.
  • Ordinary low-priority data cells still hide and reveal normally.
  • Add a shared-helper regression and restore the mobile default-empty browser assertion.

No API response or default time-window change is needed.
