Summary
nodocentry to the "Build-environment deviations (retirable)" section ofdebian/source/README.source, recording why the fork builds with--profiles=…,nodoc(skips the doxygen/sphinx/TeX doc toolchain and the doc-generation pass; the fork doesn't edit libcamera's docs and the archive doesn't shiplibcamera-doc) and when to retire it (when we start maintaining doc changes or want to publishlibcamera-doc).nodocwas already applied across both suites but was missing from the deviations list alongsidenonn/noqt/nocheck, so this also satisfies the file's own "Editing rule."
