Adapted for macOS (use unzip instead of 7za, use flag -p with mkdir) and parallel processing (add random number to tmp path).

Removed variable TimeLagOptSelected by using Meth%tlag == 'tlag_opt' in subroutine TimelagHandle directly. Formatted output of eddypro_rp on console for better indentation.

Added possibility to stop calculations after timelag optimisations and after planar fit calculations by setting to_mode=2 or pf_mode=2, respectively.

Keep outputing results of custom flagging as a sign of life only in case of ghg files, because they read very slowly; this signaling is not necessary for other formats.

Make timelag_handle.f90 a module file with module mo_timelag_handle. Use assumed-shape arrays in subroutine TimeLagHandle because gfortran@8 compiler has problems with optional arguments otherwise.…
