Summary

  • Adds durable in-app notification events, recipients, preferences, and inbox APIs/UI.
  • Emits notifications from comments, mentions, assignment/status/priority changes, GitHub projection events, and repair worker recovery flows.
  • Finalizes Phase 7 product docs and execution plan, with Phase 8 shifted to reporting/search/polish.

Test Plan

  • npm run lint
  • npm run typecheck
  • npm test
  • npm run build

Notes

  • Browser smoke was not run in the final pass because localhost:3001 was unavailable and localhost:3000 timed out; equivalent notification scenarios are covered by integration tests.

- Slide-over detail panel (Linear-style) with URL-addressable items
- Inline editing for title, description, type, priority, assignee, state
- Markdown descriptions with version history and diffs
- First-class comments table with CRUD and RBAC enforcement
- Unified activity timeline (activity log + comments merged chronologically)
- Navigation integration: board card click and list row click open panel
- Panel close uses history.back() to avoid history bloat
- New tables: comments, description_versions (migration 0003)
- 47 contract tests (45 Phase 3-5 + 2 navigation regression)
- All quality gates passing: typecheck, lint, build, tests
