Adds a setup guide for the Soloist engine from #935, docs/soloist.md:
When to use Soloist: an account that native streaming cannot play (error audio key 0 1), or lossless audio.
What you need: a build with soloist, Premium, a supported system, a Soloist API key, and the Spotify app once to pair.
The setup in five steps in Settings (download, get a key, enter it, switch the engine, pair), with the terminal key and the GUI button for each.
Audio quality, switching back, the config keys and the key file, where the files go, the limits (90-day builds, the key on Soloist's command line, no offline mode, no other sources queued behind Spotify), and a table from each status message to what to do.
The other docs link to it: docs/README.md, docs/native-streaming.md (with a section for tracks that fail one after another), docs/configuration.md (the three new behavior keys and soloist_credentials.yml) and the root README.md. docs/installation.md names the Soloist engine in the prebuilt builds and adds soloist to the cargo install feature lines.
Testing
Docs only. I checked every link and anchor in the new guide by hand, and every message in the troubleshooting table against the English strings in src/core/i18n/status_infra.rs. I followed the setup steps myself on Windows, in the terminal and the desktop app, in a fresh config.
Additional notes
The guide says "make a Soloist API key there and copy it" for Spotify's developer dashboard; it does not name the dashboard's buttons.

- Line 81: Update the playback_engine timing statement in the configuration
documentation to qualify that it switches immediately only while streaming is
enabled; retain the restart requirement for the other fields.
Review comments at @docs/installation.md:
- Line 42: Update the `cargo binstall` sentence in the installation summary to
promise all features only when a matching release artifact is available; clarify
that without one, its `cargo install` fallback uses the default feature set
without Soloist.
Review comments at @docs/soloist.md:
- Line 29: Update the Soloist switching instructions to require Enable Streaming
before saving a change to Playback Engine, and state that the no-restart
behavior applies with enable_streaming enabled. Apply the same condition to the
switch-back-to-librespot instruction.

# Summary
Version bump and changelog for v0.47.0. No application code changes.
- `Cargo.toml`, `Cargo.lock`, `desktop/Cargo.toml` and
`desktop/Cargo.lock` go to 0.47.0. The librespot fork stays at `=0.8.6`.
- `CHANGELOG.md`: `## [Unreleased]` is now `## [v0.47.0] 2026-10-25`. I
checked every PR merged since v0.46.0 against it and added entries for
the Soloist engine (#935, guide in #936), the Escape and back-key fixes
(#869, #875, #915) and the list scroll fix (#859). The language entry
now says Chinese is available, because all the translation PRs are
merged.
# Testing
- cargo fmt --all -- --check
- cargo clippy --no-default-features --features telemetry,tui -- -D
warnings
- cargo test --no-default-features --features telemetry,tui: 1764 passed
# Additional notes
The desktop shell tests (`version_matches_root`) run in the desktop
workflow, not locally.
