Adds spotatui list --playlist-tracks <URI> to print the tracks of a playlist, as agreed in #908. It accepts a spotify:playlist: URI or an open.spotify.com/playlist/ link (with ?si= or /intl-xx/); anything else is rejected by clap before boot. The output follows --format (%t - %a (%u) by default), and --limit N stops after N tracks and only requests those.
The CLI can't reuse IoEvent::GetPlaylistItems, because that handler drops pages no track table is showing, so it would print nothing. A new Network::read_playlist_items walks the pages and returns them, keeping the librespot fallback for playlists the Web API refuses. An unavailable playlist now exits with an error instead of empty output and exit code 0.

cargo test --no-default-features --features telemetry,tui: 1863 passed
cargo clippy -- -D warnings (default features, includes streaming): no warnings
cargo test (default features): 2370 passed, 8 ignored
New tests cover the URI/link parser, --limit parsing, track and episode formatting, the page-walk math, and three HTTP tests against a local fake server (two pages in order, --limit 1 requests limit=1, a 500 is an error).
Manual (Spotify Premium account):
Shared link with ?si= and --limit 5: printed 5 tracks <(plus the log path lines on stderr)>
URI with -f "%t | %a": printed title | artists for each track
Spotify-owned playlist 37i9dQZF1DXcBWIGoYBM5M: listed its tracks
--limit 0: Error: limit must be a number of tracks, 1 or more, exit code

New Features
Added spotatui list --playlist-tracks to list tracks from a Spotify playlist URI or link.
Choose an output format and track limit, or omit the limit to list all tracks. The default format displays the track name, artist, and URI.
Playlist episodes display their name and, when available, the show name. Playlists unavailable through the Web API can be read through the native session.
Bug Fixes
The command reports an error when a playlist cannot be read.
Add `spotatui list --playlist-tracks <URI>`, which prints every track of
a playlist in the chosen `--format` (`%t - %a (%u)` by default). It takes
a `spotify:playlist:` URI or an `open.spotify.com/playlist/` link, checked
by clap before boot. `--limit N` stops after N tracks and requests only
those.
`IoEvent::GetPlaylistItems` drops a page no track table shows, so the CLI
reads through a new `Network::read_playlist_items`, which walks
`fetch_playlist_tracks_page`, keeps the librespot fallback and returns an
unavailable playlist as an error instead of an empty exit-0 output.

Walkthrough
The CLI adds list --playlist-tracks for Spotify playlist URIs and links. It retrieves playlist items with an optional limit, formats tracks and episodes, and reports read errors. A 403 response can trigger profile loading and a retry.

Summary
Playlist input and option src/cli/clap.rs, docs/cli.md, CHANGELOG.md
The list command accepts playlist URIs and supported Spotify links. It defines a track-format default, accepts limits above 50, and documents the option and examples.
Network::read_playlist_items fetches playlist pages in order, observes the optional maximum, and returns request errors. If a request returns 403 and no profile is loaded, the code loads the profile and retries. Tests cover pagination, limits, profile loading, and errors.
CLI dispatch and output src/cli/handle.rs, src/cli/cli_app.rs, src/cli/util.rs
The CLI routes playlist requests to item retrieval and formats tracks and episodes. Episode output includes the show name when present. Tests cover limits and rendered output.

The CLI never loads the user's profile, so a 403 playlist owned by
another user was classified `Unknown` and the librespot fallback never
ran: the read failed with the raw 403. A 403 read without a profile now
loads it once, quietly, and asks for the page again. A normal read sends
no extra request.
Reuse `playlist_page_next_offset` for the page walk instead of a second,
looser copy, and share the profile mapping with `get_user`.

Opt in to playlist episodes in the Web API request.
Spotify defaults this endpoint to track items. Because fetch_playlist_tracks_page sends only limit and offset, Spotify can omit episode entries before the repository processes them. Add additional_types=episode to this playlist-specific query.

`ensure_user_loaded` is a `Network` method, so it calls
`self.spotify_get_typed` like the rest of the network layer instead of
the free `spotify_get_typed_for`. No behavior change.

Route profile loading through the network event contract.

Route profile loading through the network event contract.
The CLI calls read_playlist_items directly, and CLI mode does not start the event pump. Therefore, ensure_user_loaded reaches spotify_get_typed without the IoEvent authentication gate, lane classification, or event-level error routing. The shared request funnel still provides rate-limit handling and request deadlines.
Add or reuse an event-compatible profile-loading path, or define an explicit CLI exception for this direct workflow. Do not replace spotify_get_typed with a separate HTTP path.

Review comment at @src/infra/network/user.rs at line 42:
Update ensure_user_loaded so profile loading follows the IoEvent authentication,
lane-classification, and error-routing contract when the event pump is active;
for CLI mode, establish an explicit exception or event-compatible path because
no pump is running. Keep requests on the shared spotify_get_typed funnel for
rate limiting and deadlines, and do not introduce a separate HTTP path.

Narrow `ensure_user_loaded` to the network module and say why it skips
the pump's lanes and auth gate: like `resolve_liked_state_now`, it is the
CLI's synchronous path, and a frontend loads the profile through
`IoEvent::GetUser`.

Looks good to me. I read through the URI parsing, the paging and the 403 path. A few optional notes, none blocking:
read_playlist_page loads the profile so a 403 can reach the librespot fallback, but the other trigger, a 404 on a hidden Spotify-owned playlist, reads known_playlist_info, which the CLI never fills. Your manual run on 37i9dQZF1DXcBWIGoYBM5M worked, so the router may never return 404 there; just noting that branch can't fire from the CLI.
With --limit, each request asks only for the items still missing, so a playlist that starts with many local files makes one small request per skipped entry. Asking for full pages and keeping the final truncate(max) would avoid that.
spotify.link/... short links and the legacy spotify:user:<name>:playlist:<id> form are rejected. Fine to leave out, but maybe mention it in docs/cli.md.
