feat(tui): seek to selected lyric line on Enter - #970
Allows seeking to a specific lyric line timestamp in the terminal (TUI) lyrics view when pressing Enter (or the configured submit key) while browsing lyrics.
When synced lyrics are available, pressing Enter fetches the timestamp of the focused/browsed lyric line (taking user timing offset into account) and dispatches Action::SeekTo(timestamp).
Automatically clears manual browsing mode upon seeking so auto-follow resumes playback from the new position.
If lyrics are not synced or not found, pressing Enter does nothing.
Updates the browsing status hint across EN, ZH_HANS, and ZH_HANT (Enter seek / Enter 跳转 / Enter 跳轉).
Testing
cargo fmt --check
cargo test --lib -- tui::handlers::lyrics_view
cargo test --lib -- lyrics (all 36 tests pass)
Additional notes
Brings parity with the desktop app's click-to-seek functionality into the terminal interface.

Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
In Lyrics view, press Enter to seek playback to the selected lyric line. When browsing lyrics, playback seeks to the browsed line; otherwise, it seeks to the active line.
Updated lyrics-view instructions and help text in English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese to explain the Enter-to-seek shortcut.
Behavior
Seeking is available when synced lyrics are present. After a successful seek, manual lyric browsing ends.

Walkthrough
The lyrics view now seeks to the browsed lyric, or the active lyric when browsing is inactive, when the configured submit key or Enter is pressed. The change also adds localized descriptions and updates help content.
The handler seeks to the browsed or active lyric when lyrics are found, synced, and nonempty. It adjusts the timestamp by the timing offset, clamps it to zero, caps conversion overflow at u32::MAX, and clears manual browsing after a seek. Tests cover both seek paths and no-action cases.

Localized help strings and browsing hints describe lyric seeking. The help row displays <Enter> when Enter is the configured submit key, or the configured key and <Enter> otherwise. The English help entry and provider-specific mappings are updated.
LargeModGames/spotatui#963: Routes keys from a focused detached Lyrics pane to the lyrics handler and uses manual-browsing state.
Merge Risk: Low · previous review 9dfdb
Pressing Enter on a late synced lyric can skip to the next track instead of seeking within the current song. This is a narrow but concrete playback issue; the help discoverability issue is resolved.

The enter_seeks_to_browsed_lyric_and_resumes_follow test checks only that manual_index is cleared. Removing the SeekTo call, or seeking to the wrong timestamp, still passes. The test fixture does not capture IoEvent values, so the seek must be checked through App state.
Set a nonzero timing offset in the test, then assert the seek target. Use app.seek_ms if the test sets up a Spotify playback context so seek_to takes that branch. Otherwise, assert app.song_progress_ms.
Suggested fix
fn enter_seeks_to_browsed_lyric_and_resumes_follow() {
let mut app = app_with_sample_lyrics();
+ app.view.lyrics_view.timing_offset_ms = 500;
// Browse to Line 2 (at 10_000 ms)
scroll_by(&mut app, 2);
assert_eq!(app.view.lyrics_view.manual_index, Some(2));
handler(Key::Enter, &mut app);
+ // 10_000 ms browsed lyric minus 500 ms timing offset+ assert_eq!(app.seek_ms, Some(9_500));
// Manual browsing should be cleared (auto-follow resumes)
assert_eq!(app.view.lyrics_view.manual_index, None);
}
The assert_eq!(app.seek_ms, Some(9_500)) line depends on a playback context that routes seek_to to the Spotify branch. The fixture does not set one, so the test setup must add it. The unsynced test can also assert that app.seek_ms stays None.

Update enter_seeks_to_browsed_lyric_and_resumes_follow to use a nonzero timing
offset and assert that Enter seeks to the browsed lyric’s timestamp adjusted by
that offset. Check the App state field used by seek_to for the active playback
context, setting up that context only if needed; retain the manual_index
assertion.

Prevent a late lyric seek from skipping the track.
If a negative timing offset moves the selected lyric past the track duration, seek_to clamps the target to the duration. The API seek path then dispatches NextTrack, so Enter skips the song instead of seeking within it. Reject that target or clamp it below the duration before applying SeekTo. Update the lyric Enter seek path that applies Action::SeekTo(target_u32) to
reject or safely clamp targets at or beyond the track duration before dispatch,
ensuring a late lyric seek cannot trigger NextTrack and instead remains within
the current track.

Please put help_english_5d66123b.json back in its compact one-row-per-line format and add only the new row. The reformat is most of the 2,500 lines. Please also drop the seek.rs commits: they change SeekTo for every caller, and a Spotify queue slot with no cached context now seeks the active device. The clamp to duration - 1 also does not stop the track from ending. Revert the app to test_app rename too. That counter counts test writes on purpose.
