Updated AngleSharp, bunit, and Reihitsu.Analyzer versions in Directory.Packages.props. Removed unnecessary null-forgiving operators from container.LocalImageId in RuntimeContainerScanOrchestrator, PortainerLoginRequest construction in PortainerClient, and a test assertion in NavMenuTests.
