Upgraded Reihitsu.Analyzer from 1.0.0-beta5 to 1.0.0-beta6 in Directory.Packages.props for improved static analysis. Removed the old 1.0.0-beta4 entry from packages.config to align with central package management. Bumped f1-server-app version to 1.17.4 in package.json and package-lock.json.
