v0.2.8web preset with its release commit, content hash, and executable-mode record. Shared CLI, formatting, lint, and TypeScript packages now resolve through localfile:references in every workspace, andpnpm checkverifies the vendor tree before running repository checks.Adds the dry-run-first
pnpm standards:updateworkflow and documents how maintainers review, apply, validate, and recover a standard update. The contribution plugin is pinned to the same release. The complete repository check, including browser acceptance and Worker dry-runs, passes with the vendored packages, and reapplyingv0.2.8produces an empty update plan.Follow-ups
