/programs now leads with named programs a visitor can join, grouped under community gatherings and annual challenges. Vegas Urbanists, a monthly meetup on third Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., and Week Without Driving each have a page at /programs/<slug>. The Week Without Driving page points to lvwwd.org for the current edition's dates and sign-up. The three broad areas of work move below as "Ongoing work" with their project lists and existing /programs#<id> anchors intact. A project can name the program it belongs to and shows a "Part of" link back to it; the build fails when a project names a program that does not exist. The sitemap, llms.txt, and llms-full.txt list the new program pages. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Give Vegas Urbanist Social Club, Week Without Driving, and LVBT Labs substantial directory sections and dedicated public pages. Keep broader work areas and public projects available beneath the named programs. Meetup details and RSVP follow the calendar series through renames, rescheduling, and cancellations. Discussion topics belong to dated occurrences; future gatherings use their own topic or date. Programs can retain their own participant site and content without a meetup panel. Keep the header height fixed, preserve the wordmark, and expose useful navigation on tablets. Support equal image areas, ordinary scrolling, reduced motion, and readable attendance links in print. Full-page comparisons include images below the initial viewport. Wait for decoding so loading delays cannot interrupt a matching capture. Co-Authored-By: GPT-6 <noreply@openai.com> Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>

Failure
Recurring calendars can grow without exhausting one shared browser check deadline. Every built event page retains its metadata assertions. Co-Authored-By: GPT-6 <noreply@openai.com> Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>
Include the page origin in the native snap positions so the header sentinel cannot trigger an opening scroll and suppress paint metrics. Verify initial position and gutter navigation in browser acceptance. Co-Authored-By: GPT-6 <noreply@openai.com> Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>

TL;DR
Visitors can find Vegas Urbanist Social Club, Week Without Driving, and LVBT Labs on the Programs page, then follow each to its own public home. The Social Club's RSVP always leads to its selected LVBT event page.
Overview of Changes
Programs are named, ongoing activities; dated events and finite projects retain their own records. Broader work areas remain below the program directory. Each program gets a substantial section with a concise introduction and an explicit link. Photos and tool screenshots share consistent dimensions, while calendar-backed programs can feature the next conversation.
Vegas Urbanist Social Club is a monthly series of local conversations with time to socialize. Its next occurrence supplies the actual topic, date, time, venue, and RSVP destination. Selection follows the calendar series through renames and rescheduling, excludes cancellations, prefers an ongoing or upcoming event, and falls back to the last meetup or recurring schedule. Authored event copy matches an immutable occurrence identity.
Week Without Driving remains an evergreen annual program with its dedicated participant site and related edition project. LVBT Labs explains its civic tech purpose and links to its catalog, source, and contribution path. Program pages share a shell and optional capabilities while retaining their own content structure.
The header keeps its fixed height and nonwrapping wordmark, with Programs and Events visible on tablets. Directory scrolling uses native proximity snapping on desktop, natural mobile flow, labeled onward links, and a compact gutter index. The page origin is a snap position, preventing an automatic opening scroll that suppressed desktop paint metrics. Images have no visible annotations; attribution stays in the colophon.
Release audits also include the Labs screenshot in WebP, the confirmed cafe name, patched build dependencies, and Linux visual baselines for the approved sections and fixed header.
Verification:
pnpm checkpassed all 12 tasks and 200 unit tests. The protected Worker preview passed 613 browser contract checks, with two existing conditional skips. Linux visual regression passed all 216 captures across six viewport sizes. Desktop and mobile Lighthouse passed their unchanged budgets across the sampled routes, and all 92 runtime memory checks passed. Full-page checks wait for imagery to decode; event metadata is verified independently for every built occurrence. Actual desktop and mobile reviews confirmed equal imagery, header placement, ordinary scrolling, reduced motion, and the RSVP path to the October 15 event. A fresh whole-branch review found one print regression, which was reproduced and fixed. The protected browser gate passed on rerun after an initial request-routing error during the homepage typography test teardown.Follow-ups
After the first Social Club meetup, publish its recap and authentic photos when available. Future annual edition archives can be added when there is material to preserve.
