Conversation
Introduce the campaign overview and four gathering pages, with a community listening session on October 17 at Barter Beer + Mall. Explain the neighborhood planning work and invite help with community partnerships, outreach, and event resources. Keep future gathering topics clearly proposed and support links to standard LVBT event pages for RSVP when those pages are available. Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>

Error
Serve a WebP version of the approved Arts District photograph with its JPEG fallback and credit. Keep the photographer name and CSS class out of prose spelling errors without changing page copy or layout. Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>

Failure
Use the existing Rust and Ink brand colors for smaller campaign labels and text on accent fills. Wait for authenticated browser route handlers to finish before disposing their fetched responses during test teardown. Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>
Save the reviewed Linux screenshots for the new campaign overview and its projects-page link at the six supported viewport bands. The images come from the repository's baseline workflow at commit 1fa44e5. Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>

TL;DR
Introduce the Arts District Neighborhood Campaign and its gathering pages so
neighbors can learn about the campaign, attend, and help organize it.
Overview of Changes
The merged #86 installs saved staging releases and explicit production
promotion. This PR carries the campaign onto the current main branch and
replaces the earlier stacked #88 after the pipeline was rebased. The campaign explains how residents, workers,
artists, businesses, and community organizations can help develop a neighborhood plan covering transit, streets,
and supportive land use. The first community listening session is October 17,
2026, at 2 p.m. at Barter Beer + Mall, with a directions link to the venue.
Four gathering pages provide practical discussion previews. The later topics
and months remain clearly proposed. Each gathering supports a link to its
standard LVBT event page for details and RSVP once that page is provided.
The campaign invites partnerships, outreach volunteers, and food, publicity,
and other event resources. It uses the shared website footer, aligns with the
site header at phone and desktop widths, and credits the real photograph and
its license. The projects directory links to the campaign.
pnpm checkpasses. All five campaign/event pages pass the accessibilitycheck. The protected Worker preview passed after fixing the browser fixture
teardown; 60 repeated campaign color checks also pass. Smaller labels use the
existing Rust and Ink brand colors, and the photograph has a WebP companion.
The reviewed Linux campaign and projects-page screenshots cover six viewport
bands and come from the Seed baselines run.
Only those two routes' baselines were updated. The normal CI checks now verify
the committed images. The earlier manual preview was used for design review;
production publication will select a successful saved staging Actions release.
Follow-ups
Publish standard LVBT event pages and add their RSVP links. Add gathering
summaries, community priorities, and the neighborhood plan as they become
available. Event completion and archive updates currently require editing the
campaign rather than automatic date-based reordering.
