TL;DR

Prepare the updated homepage and Arts District Neighborhood Campaign for the protected website preview.

Overview of Changes

The homepage keeps the transit movement invitation first, presents current ways to take part together, and adds selected community and transit photographs. The Arts District campaign explains the problems we want to understand, the public neighborhood plan, and how organizations and volunteers can help. Each gathering has its own page, with RSVP links when provided and automatic upcoming/past presentation.

Theme-aware colors, keyboard navigation, skip links, compact organizing content, and responsive WebP images improve usability. Public interaction scripts are minified during the build; JavaScript now totals 10.4 KB gzip against the unchanged 17 KB budget.

Validation: pnpm check, HTML validation, image and bundle budgets passed locally. Browser checks covered the changed public pages in both themes, narrow layouts, keyboard navigation, and mobile menu behavior. CI will verify the Linux visual baselines and protected Worker candidate before this reaches the default preview. Production remains a separate promotion.

Follow-ups

Publish confirmed dates and locations for later gatherings, and add the standard LVBT event RSVP links when available.

The campaign overview follows the shared light and dark themes for
surfaces, text, and accents. Fixed page colors caused it to ignore
visitors' theme preferences and forced a black introduction in light
mode.

The campaign screenshots cover the shared theme colors and the
lighter introduction and organizing sections across all viewport
sizes.

The campaign overview and mission sit side by side on larger screens.
Distinct priority cards and small icons give the section more visual
structure while preserving its copy and shared theme colors.

Mobile spacing and full-width card paragraphs keep the same
information readable without expanding the introduction.

Explain how residents can identify neighborhood problems, choose
priorities, and review proposals. Describe the public summaries and
neighborhood plan that the campaign will produce.

Explain how participants can compare improvements and respond to the
public draft without repeating the campaign introduction.

Feature the next confirmed gathering and move completed events into
campaign history as their end time or Las Vegas calendar day passes.
Keep proposed topics separate and retain each gathering's detail page.

Add a homepage campaign entry and concise guidance for reading public
summaries and proposals. Archived pages invite help with the campaign.

Past gatherings keep their associated standard event page link. The
label invites visitors to read event details after attendance ends.

Visitors can learn what the Arts District campaign will do, open
individual gathering pages, and offer outreach or event resources.
The homepage pairs the movement invitation with current ways to take
part and photographs from community gatherings and local transit.

Improve keyboard navigation and theme contrast, optimize responsive
photos, and minify public scripts within the existing release budget.

Use the current readable foreground in the brand swatch and give QR
slide navigation adequate touch targets. Keep project photographs
out of the compact print directory.

Drain authenticated browser requests before closing the page, and
check the footer hover color after its reveal has settled.

Color checks wait for styles and image requests to settle on the
protected preview before reading rendered roles. Refresh Linux
screenshots for the reviewed homepage, campaign, and project layouts.
