This PR makes one function tell what a wallet derives. The Core backend, the Electrum backend, and the BitWindow server all read it.
It also repairs seed input (whitespace, NFKD), BIP47 key reuse in Core, Core watch-only imports, Electrum-seed detection, and the BIP45 default. Two migrations keep each saved wallet on its addresses.
Core still takes an old watch-only descriptor that the parser rejects, such as wsh(multi(...)), as the user gave it.
