What Changed?
This PR contains the first iteration of the high-level modules.
Each module is implemented in a folder of the same name:
aggregator/for theAggregatoroperator/for theOperatortask-spammer/for theTask Spammerchallenger/for theChallengerUsage examples for each module are included under the
