docs: complete README update channels and maintainer contracts - #13

- Update section now lists all three channels: built-in snapshot riding each release (zero action), /dag-template-update, and manual pull - Install section names /dag-init and /dag-auto as primary consumers of the cross-domain routes - Note runtime-compat.json as the runtime-version contract enforced by CI - Warn that the template catalog is CI-enforced and the validator plus test fixture must change together with template additions or removals
