Closes #14 (final step). Runtime support merged: LeXwDeX/OpenCode-GraphAgent#320 + #321 landed on dev at merge commit b48dce469d6aa6edef7e432b39ccf8521bdd35ab (includes #325 checkpoint-gating + #326 wake-durability). Bump runtime_commit so template-validation CI runs the curations against the gating-capable runtime; ultra-flow-route and release-route were pre-gated in PR #15.
