The live embedded Mermaid graph TD became unreadable as the decision graph grew past a few cross-edges. Replace it with an on-demand, data-driven, bilingual HTML mindmap and keep structured Markdown as the only live artifact. - resources/node-template.md: fixed Markdown node schema (live SSOT), with optional *_zh bilingual fields; maps mechanically to the renderer GRAPH JSON. - resources/mindmap-template.html: self-contained data-driven renderer forked from the architecture-diagram design system (not invoked). L->R layered-tree auto-layout, SVG edge layer + HTML node layer, hover-to-expand rejected options, bilingual nodes, cross-edges routed through a right gutter so lines are never occluded by nodes. Verified via headless Chrome render. - SKILL.md: remove the live-Mermaid mandate; render on demand / at convergence from the bundled template; add a Resources section. Record ADR-0005 (Accepted); supersedes the Visualization decision in ADR-0002. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
