Add /blog skill: interactively distill a valuable session into a bilingual (zh-TW + en) technical blog post, staged as a draft in the lyeh-infra Hugo blog. Vendor the MIT-licensed stop-slop skill (hardikpandya/stop-slop) and wire it as a mandatory de-slop pass before any draft is written. Register both plugins in marketplace.json. … blog, stop-slop, spec-align CI settings-consistency was failing: swift-lsp@claude-plugins-official referenced an undeclared marketplace, and blog/stop-slop/spec-align were in marketplace.json but not enabled in settings.json.
