docs: document the command-line build and adb deploy path - #2

Android Studio was listed as a requirement, which is not true: the build needs JDK 17 plus three Android SDK packages, and CI proves it by building with no Android Studio present. Deploying is an adb install to the Control Hub, which also does not need an IDE. Android Studio is now documented as one option rather than a prerequisite.

Android Studio was listed as a requirement. It is not one — the build needs JDK 17 and three Android SDK packages (
platforms;android-30,build-tools;35.0.0,platform-tools), which the CI job installs withsdkmanagerand builds with no Android Studio anywhere.Documents the full command-line path: getting the SDK via
cmdline-tools, building with./gradlew :TeamCode:assembleDebug, and deploying withadb connect 192.168.43.1:5555+adb install -r. Android Studio is now presented as one option rather than a prerequisite.Control Hub address, port 5555 and the default SSID/password are per FIRST's official docs. Contains a temporary diagnostic step to confirm the APK filename quoted in the README; it will be removed before merge.
