Hi! Added the Portuguese (Brazil) translation file (pt_BR.lang). This will help the Brazilian community to use WebDeck.

We're not accepting ai generated translation files. I'll wait for someone to review it

I totally understand and respect the policy regarding AI translations.

I’d like to clarify that I am a native Portuguese speaker and a Software Developer. Initially, I mistakenly worked on a file structure from an older/compiled version of the project. Upon realizing this, I performed a fresh git clone of the source code and updated the entire translation to the current standards.

I have just performed a force push with the corrected pt_BR.lang file. I used tools only to help with the initial boilerplate and formatting, but I have manually reviewed every single string to ensure that technical terms and context are natural for Brazilian users.

I’m confident in the quality of this contribution and welcome any further review. Thanks for your time!
