…ing: - Refactor graph manipulation example to use updated PerseusClient methods - Updated import statements to directly import perseus_client. - Refactored the main function to build the KnowledgeGraph using the new build_graph method. - Simplified the serialization of original graph content and added checks for TTL and CQL content. - Enhanced graph manipulation logic by adding a new entity and relation. - Improved logging for better traceability of operations. - Updated ontology operations example to utilize new client methods. - Converted SPARQL example to synchronous execution and removed asyncio dependency. - Expanded the PerseusClient API to include new methods for interlinking KnowledgeGraphs and uploading ontologies. - Enhanced the FalkorDB and Neo4j services to support strip_prefixes functionality during saves. - Added comprehensive unit tests for the new client methods and services.
