Summary

add first-class managed/attached stateful code environments to Agents configuration and persistence
route selected agents to an environment-specific Code API while deriving stable, environment-scoped runtime session IDs
fail closed for unknown environment IDs and ambiguous environment defaults
expose the environment selector in the agent panel
skip background prewarming for attached workers so it cannot race the first explicit user execution
add a browser E2E fixture covering two-turn workspace persistence
