Asked for a 50+ sequence FASTA file, the agent had to retype every sequence as an MCP tool-call argument, gave up partway through, and reported false success. Writing the file via code execution and letting the existing output-file extraction pipeline carry it to preview-server sidesteps that entirely. Three core-file touches were needed, each only discovered by testing end to end (documented in SYNTATO_CHANGES.md LibreChat-AI#4): - job.ts: .fasta/.fa were never in SUPPORTED_EXTENSIONS at all (the same bug that motivated building preview-server in the first place); add a best-effort forward-to-preview-server step after the existing file_server upload. - launcher/src/main.rs: job.ts runs as the guest's top-level process inside a nested microVM, not a plain container process - PREVIEW_SERVER_URL needed adding to the env-var allowlist that gates what reaches that guest at all. - launcher/entrypoint.sh: the guest's TSI networking can't do its own DNS, so PREVIEW_SERVER_URL needed the same container-side pre-resolution FILE_SERVER_URL already gets. Verified live end to end against the rebuilt sandbox container: a real job wrote a 52-record FASTA file, and it arrived at preview-server complete, byte-for-byte.
