Notepad++ for Fusion Studio Customization

Overview

This project supplies a highly customized version of Notepad++ that adds a lot of convenience features. It was created to help pipeline TDs in the visual effects sector get more out of their Notepad++ user experience. This is a portable install of the app.

To activate the dark-mode user interface for Notepad++, you need to remove your previous Notepad++ preferences from the "%AppData%" folder to allow this updated version's settings to be used.

Remove Non-Printable Characters Macro

• "Edit > Select All" menu
• "Encoding > Convert to ANSI" menu
• Find & Replace - Replace All:
• Find what: [\x00-\x08\x0B\x0C\x0E-\x1F\x7F-\x9F\s] (This represents all non-printable control characters, null, and all white space characters like Spaces, Tabs, New Line, Carriage Returns)
• Replace with: "" (Blank)
• Wrap Around
• (x) Regular expression
