feat: show favicon in fetch output

Summary

• The JS SDK 3.4.0 fetch response and fetch task output expose a required favicon URL, but the CLI's human-readable formatter omitted it.
• Show the favicon URL for synchronous fetches and completed fetch tasks, with unit and integration coverage.
• Update the CLI README to document the synchronized output.
