Outcome

Close the Windows-inclusive 0.14.4 research log with terminal evidence instead of leaving the report in an in-progress state.

Evidence recorded

  • AICX 0.12.5 GitHub/npm release proof on macOS, Linux, and Windows
  • Loctree five-platform bundle and real-client proof
  • crates.io dependency-chain and credential failures, plus PR [codex/interactive] fix(release): publish crate dependency chain #75 recovery
  • Node/npm toolchain drift, PR fix(release): pin npm trusted-publishing toolchain #76, and successful run 32692794671
  • all four crates, seven npm identities, thin releases, monorepo release, and production installer truth
  • inherited repository privacy baseline and zero findings in this document
  • next-sprint research intake, including the protected recall-rendering issue

Verification

  • git diff --check
  • mandatory vc-deprivatize full scan: inherited 1337 findings
  • mandatory vc-deprivatize verify: inherited 560 hard findings
  • changed document: 0 vc-deprivatize findings
  • every referenced final release/registry/runtime surface was refreshed after run completion

Record the Windows-inclusive release chronology, public registry evidence, repaired publish workflow, production installer truth, and the remaining account-level OIDC hardening boundary.
