Replace Jest, ts-jest, and @types/jest with Vitest 4, coverage-v8, and Vite. Keep the existing Node test layout, including schema/interface ignore paths and console.debug spies. Co-authored-by: Jono Clarnette <mrjono1@users.noreply.github.com>

Replace Yarn, .nvmrc, and setup-node with mise.toml plus pnpm. Run CI on Node 22, 24, and 26, default local Node to 26, and replace recursive fs.rmdirSync so tests work on Node 26. Co-authored-by: Jono Clarnette <mrjono1@users.noreply.github.com>
