Fix IPFS HTTP gateway URL

Fixed an issue where Ansible playbooks were trying to communicate with the IPFS Gateway natively over HTTPS on port 8080 (wrong version number SSL error). The IPFS HTTP gateway uses port 8080, and the Ansible URI tasks needed to communicate via localhost/127.0.0.1 using standard http://. All related files including MQTT main.yaml, ipfs role main.yaml and Nomad load_image templates have been updated to explicitly target http://127.0.0.1:{{ ipfs_gateway_port }}.
