This is my version of the Snoopy code by Geoffroy Lesur. I used and expanded this code for my PhD at the University of Cambridge, adding anisotropic heat conduction and super-time-stepping.
The code is currently not maintained. However, you might be interested in checking out a modern version in C++ and CUDA (Spooky) available here.
