The Post for Deeplinks from Tool.cshtml.cs to ./Catalog seems to end up in the ToolModel itself instead of the CatalogModel

Provided is a combination of four minor fixes I had to make in order to get this sample tool working against the latest specs. Hoping this helps others attempting to stand up the tool as a reference.
