Refactor Shiny app function

• Within ShinyApp reduce utils to call R functions where possible
• Export settings in a specific way and column for references if available
• Export formats such as .svg and PDF

For the "save as" part, should i write a helper function like zopu did in MetProViz, should i import the function from there or copy code?

This is specific for the downolad within the shiny app, so it can be a small helper for the formats you need within the utils.

• I assume for the files it doesnt matter as you always export an excel with mutliple sheets (?)
• For the plots it makes sense to have the choices such as .svg, .pdf, .png.

Another question in this regard: For plots that are not static, what do you save for them?

If you want to use the function you do can do this via MetaProViz:::SaveRes() if dependencies are not an issue for shiny apps.
