For network plot certain lipids (i.e. T14) will be a summary (mean of values) of a set of detected lipids (T14:0_XY, T14:0_GT, etc).
Retrun with the network plot a table (excel, csv, tsv) that has columns for 1. Lipid on plot (i.e. T14), 2. Names of Lipids detected that were summarised separated by comma, 3. Values of Lipids detected that were summarised separated by comma, 4. Mean value that is on plot
Discuss with Gernot if the summaries are biological logical
Prepare individual plots for each summary (e.g. ggplot cnetplot)
Hierarchy of the summarised lipids (using chebi hierarchy from e.g. Swisslipids)
