I was trying to use this addon with neovim, and none of the information from the annotations showed up. After comparing other addons, I realized that uv.lua did not contain return uv at the end. Since all other information is defined under uv, I guessed this might be the problem.

It works for me now, but maybe my problem had to do with neovim rather than the annotations here? (That is, maybe it works as-is in other editors?) In any case, I understand if you don't want to merge, but I wanted to let you know.
