fix: resolve relative paths from virtual cwd

Summary

• resolve relative filesystem operations from a consistent virtual working directory
• default to / while allowing Node-compatible behavior with { cwd: process.cwd() }
• normalize one-path, two-path, temporary, scoped, open, and watch operations while preserving relative symlink targets
• add regression coverage for initialized files, writes, directories, links, copies, renames, temp entries, and configurable cwd
