bench: add NDCG metrics and direct retrieval objective

Add rank-sensitive evaluation without weakening coverage guardrails.

Acceptance criteria:

• Report NDCG@5, NDCG@10, NDCG@20, and NDCG@50 by query form, repository, model, fusion, aggregate, and holdout.
• Define binary gain for resolved exact file-plus-symbol targets, duplicate/overlap handling, and zero-ideal-DCG behavior.
• Compare NDCG@5-first direct optimization with the current Recall-first objective under identical folds, guardrails, and seeds.
• Keep Recall@20/50 and ContextRecall@4096 as direct-retrieval guardrails.
• Keep reranker objectives recall-oriented unless a separate ordering contract is introduced.

This issue remains benchmark-only and does not change Production retrieval behavior.

Implemented on branch eat/172-ndcg-direct-objective.

• Added binary NDCG@5/10/20/50 to query measurements, aggregate quality, worker evaluation, holdout uncertainty, and Markdown/JSON reports.
• Added the NDCG@5-first direct objective plus matched direct-recall-first ablation; reranker objectives remain recall-first and direct guardrails retain Recall@20/50 and ContextRecall@4096.
• Documented binary gain, overlap/duplicate/zero-IDCG semantics, and why no corpus manifest changes are required.
• Smoke artifact: schema 26, fd + MiniLM + DBSF. Recall-first was slightly stronger than NDCG-first on this single-repository holdout, so no Production promotion is claimed.
• Validation: �p check passed; �p test passed (467, 1 skipped); retrieval fixture passed (24); smoke benchmark passed; Fallow reports no duplication and only inherited dependency/complexity health findings.

PR #180 enthält die vollständige und nach Code Review gehärtete Umsetzung.

Zusätzlich zur ursprünglichen NDCG-Implementierung wurden alle Review-Findings behoben:

• objective-spezifische Guardrails für Direct und Reranker
• echte objective-spezifische Archiv-Auswahl auch bei Successive Halving
• Recall-first-Ablation ohne Veränderung des Beam-Suchbudgets
• nichtleere Ground Truth als Schema-Invariante
• korrekte NDCG-/Recall-Stabilitätsmetriken je Objective
• Report-Vertragstest und NDCG-Wertebereichstests

Validierung: vp check; vp test (467 bestanden, 1 übersprungen); 31 fokussierte Benchmark-Tests; 13 Worker-Pool-Tests; Proxy-Promotion- und Successive-Halving-Smoke. Production-Retrieval bleibt unverändert.

Bewertung: Die Acceptance Criteria von #172 sind erfüllt; das Issue bleibt abgeschlossen.

PR #180 wurde zusätzlich von CodeRabbit geprüft. Beide Findings wurden in 8877dab behoben: Production-Fusion in der README korrekt als DBSF benannt und NDCG vollständig aus den Recall-orientierten Reranker-Prioritäten entfernt. Beide Review-Threads sind resolved; CodeRabbit ist grün. Die Abschlussbewertung von #172 bleibt: vollständig implementiert und abgeschlossen.
