docs(presentation): trim slides and fix clipped footer - #164

Remove struck-through content per review: the "Decisión Arquitectónica Clave" column on the architecture slide, risk rows R2–R4, and the "Lecturas semanales"/"Satisfacción de usuarios" success metrics. Adjust zebra striping so it stays consistent after row removal. Fix the footer being clipped at the page bottom edge by lifting the logo and page number with \raisebox (applied per side to preserve \hfill alignment) and giving the footer box matching depth.
