StabilityMatrix.exe launch error - windows 10, v 2.14.3

What happened?

Hello. I recently replaced my SSD and now trying to install Stability Matrix on the new drive, but the exe can't launch.

Here are my PC specifications and the steps I've taken:

OS: Windows 10 Home

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

GPU Driver: GeForce Game Ready Driver 581.15

Installed Software: I have installed all required components including .NET Framework 4.8.1, Visual C++ Redistributable (x64/x86), Git, Python(3.12.10), .NET Desktop Runtime 8.0

Troubleshooting Steps:

I temporarily disabled all firewalls.

I ran the exe from an administrator account.

I ran sfc /scannow via admin cmd to check for Windows file corruption and then rebooted my PC. Result was clean.

I checked for file corruption of StabilityMatrix.exe. The file was fine.

I tried downloading the program twice, once from the official website and once from GitHub, but the same error occurred.

Symptoms: When I try to run StabilityMatrix.exe (with and without admin), a loading icon appears briefly, but the program never launches.

I've tried everything I can think of. Is there anything I might have missed?

I have solved the problem. It was fixed after I updated my Windows 10 to version 22H2.
