    I'm having the same issue

I was having this issue too. For me it didn't start with the v2.15.1 update however, but with a Comfy UI update yesterday. ComfyUI does start, but reports errors in the log. I've attached that here.

Downgrading ComfyUI didn't help, but clicking the top right menu on the ComfyUI package, selecting "python packages" and manually updating "typing-extensions" to "4.15.0" did get things working again for me. It was on version "4.12.2" prior to this.

With ComfyUI kept up to date with upstream master, I can confirm that I'm still having this issue despite having typing-extensions updated to 4.15.0 using pip -install requirements.txt in the ComfyUI venv, though a fresh install set to release 3.6.4, after typing-extensions was updated, managed to connect.

Sorry folks, will have an update out soon to fix these two issues.

The typing-extensions update mentioned above fixes the api node error spam in the console (which won't affect gens unless you actually use those API nodes).

The "JSON Value" error requires a code update on our end due to node changes in ComfyUI versions newer than 0.3.64. For this error, you can rollback to ComfyUI 0.3.64 or earlier until we release an update via the 3-dots menu -> Change Version.
