Linked Folder Issue

What happened?

Ran into this booting up SwarmUI. It makes it's own "Diffusion_Models" folder that links to "DiffusionModels". The Checkpoint Manager can no longer show things in DiffusionModels and it seems to interfere with programs looking for DiffusionModels as it doesn't seem to get indexed since Diffusion_Models is the main indexed location. This seems to be a bit newer? Never had this issue before. Some sort of loop protection that's accidentally breaking things?

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Swarm UI
2. Restart Stability Matrix
3. Check Checkpoint Manager

A bug was introduced with the LinkSafeFileSystem function added in 2.16.4, and is causing models in DiffusionModels to not be properly indexed due to diffusion_models claiming the key for it instead of the actual model folder, so they end up not showing in Checkpoint Manager, Image Lab, and Inference model selector.

Simply deleting diffusion_models link would resolve this, but for use with SwarmUI it is required since Swarm is hardcoded to look in 'diffusion_models' folder for DiT/Unet-only models to properly engage its internal workflow for it, so the junction link would get recreated on every SwarmUI launch... which breaks the model index the next time SM does a rescan and update of the database.

My PR #1743 fixes it for future update release.
