The public overview and repository metadata did not clearly explain when to use Anti-Dark-Code. Add useful AI code-review and verification starter guidance, a descriptive title, canonical/social metadata, visible-content-matched structured data, a sitemap, and owner indexing instructions. Link project planning to Scaffold Kit and preserve release, license, runtime and host-acceptance limits.
The final PR changes four documentation/site files. It includes merged PR79 in its branch so the existing CLI checks use synthetic dated inputs; this PR changes no managed skill file relative to current main. Production policy, catalog freshness, release versions and tags remain unchanged.
Validation: source/link/metadata checks and 32 bounded Chromium/WebKit Light/Dark, narrow/desktop, 100/200% CSS-text cases pass. Universal, packaging and clean-distribution checks pass. The original two CLI clock failures were preserved and reproduced on unchanged parent, then repaired separately in PR79 with all 14 configured CI checks passing. All 14 configured checks pass at exact final head 8a3ab59, including the platform suites, distribution, hostile environments, mutation replay and shadow evidence. Search indexing, ranking, webmaster property access and native/assistive-technology acceptance are not claimed.
