Verify the public anti-dark-code-skill homepage for the owner-approved Search Console URL-prefix property. This adds only Google's public ownership meta tag, read from the signed-in owner's verification dialog.
Validation: the tag parses exactly once inside
head; removing that single added line restores the parent bytes exactly;git diff --checkpasses. No layout, analytics, scripts, runtime policy, catalog, or release changes. Ownership verification and sitemap/indexing submission follow once the reviewed tag is live.
