Forge 1.20.1 - Spawning in completely random / wrong places

Currently, you spawn in the completely wrong places instead of the outer end, I am using default settings and this issue still happens on 2 different modpacks, one in a large one and another where End's Phantasm is the ONLY worldgen mod.

unsure if related but im having the inverse problem where the outer end spawn setting put to "false" (i.e intending vanilla behaviour). its spawning me in the outer islands still. i think the spawning logic might have gotten broken

This happens on the Forge 1.20.1 version, Neoforge 1.21.1 works perfectly fine for whatever reason. Hopefully theres a fix soon...

Temporary fix is to disable "Show Beginning Cutscene", or to relog
Also, the (Neo)forge repo is here; this is Fabric only

fair enough on the wrong repo (though the github link goes here and the forge port repo link is not exactly at the top of the page, where most people with issues to report are looking so its easy to miss)

Dw about repos, reporting (neo)forge issues here is absolutely fine
The forge porter is trying to look into it but neither of us know why this happens, we thought we fixed it with 1.1.2

i couldn't replicate this in v1.4, try it out, if it works like it should - close this issue, please
