End biomes not spawning.

Im on neoforge 1.21.1, and no end biomes spawned when generating out the world? is this normal can players even get Elytras still?

I have the same issue, do you happen to have Terrablender installed?, seems to be in issue between Phantasm and Terrablender after doing some isolated testing.

EDIT: After some extra testing, it seems to be a problem if you use Phantasm and Terrablender without using any other mod or datapack that adds biomes or changes terrain generation in the End, I tried with both Nullscape and Endercon with Terrablender active and this time, both Worlds had their End generate with the Phantasm biomes correctly.
