Full-stack dissertation project that computes fractal dimensions of natural patterns (leaves, coastlines) via the box-counting method — grew out of the dissertation "Fractal Dimensions of Natural Patterns: A Case Study on Leaves and Coastlines." FastAPI + OpenCV + SciPy backend, Next.js + D3 frontend, with a WASM-accelerated client-side fallback benchmarked against 5 known mathematical fractals.
