Adds the official Palisade MCP server to the community registry. It provides AI-agent management of DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS, DNS records, domain verification, and remediation tasks. Validation: public source verified; @palisadeemail/mcp is published on npm (0.1.2); git diff --check passed.
