Remove unnecessary assessmentId argument from QuizMutation / FlashcardMutation sub-mutations

Some of the sub-mutations of the QuizMutation & FlashcardMutation types have the unnecessary argument assessmentId. This argument is unnecessary as the parent type (QuizMutation/FlashcardMutation) already knows the assessmentId, so this Id needn't be passed twice.
