Redesign homepage banner to feature MISP 2.5.47 and improve carousel visuals

Motivation

• Surface recent work (MISP 2.5.47) and an in-product screenshot in the homepage banner so the site highlights the release and maps directly to the release blog post.
• Replace the generic theme carousel with a focused, product-oriented hero that uses screenshot framing, captions and clearer calls to action to improve conversion and clarity.
• Improve copy and metadata (eyebrow, alt text, captions, button labels) to make content more professional and accessible.

Description

• Added a new homepage partial at layouts/partials/carousel.html that renders a product-focused hero from data/carousel/* entries with an accessible structure, eyebrow, title, description, primary/secondary CTAs, image alt text and optional caption.
• Updated data/carousel/threat_sharing.yaml, visualization.yaml, galaxy.yaml and art.yaml to include eyebrow, refined title and description copy, image references, image_alt, image_caption, url, and button label fields to be release- and feature-specific.
• Enhanced static/css/custom.css with a responsive two-column hero layout, a browser-style screenshot frame, eyebrow styling, improved CTA appearance, mobile layout overrides and accessible sizing rules.
• Templating fixes: slide-level button labels and secondary labels are sourced from the slide data, and the carousel rendering respects the Site.Params.carouselHomepage.enable parameter.

Testing

• Ran a YAML/image-path validation with ruby -e 'require "yaml"; Dir["data/carousel/*.yaml"].each { |f| d=YAML.safe_load_file(f); abort("missing #{d["image"]}") unless File.file?("static/#{d["image"]}"); puts "#{f}: valid" }' which reported all carousel YAML files as valid and images present.
• Ran git diff --check which reported no whitespace or basic diff issues, and verified content/blog/MISP.2.5.47.released.md exists for the release link.
• Attempted a full site build with hugo --minify but the environment lacked hugo and the theme submodule could not be fetched due to a network/proxy restriction, so a rendered build could not be produced.
• Attempts to fetch the referenced screenshot and to run a browser automation runtime (Playwright) failed due to network 403 and missing browser automation tooling, so no rendered screenshot capture was produced in this environment.
