Question: conflicts with theme shortcodes?#143

I am using X theme, which has many shortcodes on board with exactly same name as in the bootstrap plugin.
Check their demo for reference: http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/columns/

Is there any way to add a global prefix to all the plugin's shortcodes in order to prevent conflicts with theme's shortcodes?
